Use and care

For stamps, press firmly into rolled dough on a stable work surface. For filled ravioli, place a second dough sheet over your filling before stamping and check that the edges are sealed. Use the pastry wheels to roll along your chosen cutting line.

Hand wash, dry thoroughly and avoid soaking the wooden handle. Take care around cutting edges and keep out of reach of children.
